Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

For ordinary visitors — effectively nothing. You need no account, there is no contact form that stores what you write, and there is no system that recognises you from one visit to the next.

The only input field on the whole site is the password box on the class pages. The password is checked at that moment and immediately discarded — it is not stored, not tied to you, and not sent to anyone.

Cookies

We set exactly one cookie, and only if you are a student who has entered the password for the class pages:

• sst_class — created when you enter the correct password and lasts 30 days, so you don't have to retype it on every page. It holds only a hashed value derived from the password itself. That value is the same for every student, contains no name, address, or personal information, and cannot be used to identify you individually.

This cookie is strictly necessary for the student-materials protection to work, which is why we do not ask for consent for it. If you never enter the password, the cookie is never created. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings; you will simply be asked for the password again.

In addition, our hosting provider may set its own technical cookie to protect against automated attacks. That is described in the next section.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web server in the world, Cloudflare must process your IP address, browser type, and the address you requested — without that it is technically impossible to send you the page. Cloudflare also uses this data to protect against attacks and abuse, and acts as a processor on our behalf.

We do not receive, view, or keep per-visitor reports from these records.

Third-party services

We have deliberately kept external connections to a minimum. The typefaces, styles, and images are all served from our own domain — nothing is fetched from Google or any other network, so your IP address is not disclosed simply by loading a page.

Only two places remain where content comes from elsewhere:

• YouTube — class recordings on the course pages are embedded from YouTube, in its privacy-enhanced mode. If you do not play a video, YouTube sets no tracking cookies; once you press play, YouTube's own privacy terms apply.
• Facebook — the footer contains a plain link to our Facebook page. It is only a link: nothing is sent to Facebook unless you click it yourself.

What we do NOT do

• We use no Google Analytics or any other analytics.
• We use no advertising networks, tracking pixels, or profiling.
• We do not sell or share data with third parties.
• We run no mailing list and send no newsletters.
• We make no automated decisions about you.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of North Macedonia, which is harmonised with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability.

In practice, because we keep no visitor records, in most cases there is nothing we could show you or delete. Even so, you are welcome to write to us at info@sst.mk and we will respond.

If you believe your rights have been breached, you may lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection (azlp.mk), or — if you are in the European Union — with the supervisory authority in your country.

Changes to this notice

If the way the site works changes, we will amend this notice and update the date at the top. This page describes how the site behaves as of the date shown.
